Dashboard

Your home base. The dashboard shows all bands you belong to as cards. Each card displays the band name (in a funky hand-drawn font), your role, song and member counts, and the next upcoming event. If the band chat has new messages since your last login, a notification badge links you straight to the chat. Pending invitations from other bands appear at the top. A rotating musician quote at the bottom provides daily inspiration.

Band Home

The band hub. Clicking a band opens its detail page with a card-style action grid and three information columns: Practices, Events, and Members. Each action card has an icon and label for quick access to Song List, Schedule a Practice, Schedule an Event, Chat, Share Recordings, Fan Page, and More. Hover over any row to reveal Edit and Delete actions. The "Next list" banner shows whose turn it is to pick songs.

Song Details

Manage your songs. The Song Details page lets admins edit song duration, assign lead singers, and tag songs with properties to help build set lists. Mark songs as openers, closers, vocal eaters (hard on the singer), or B-list (backup songs). All changes are saved in one click.

Opener / Closer

Tag songs as strong set openers or closers to help build balanced set lists.

🎵

Vocal Eater

Mark songs that are tough on the singer's voice so you can space them out in a set.

📝

B-List

Flag backup songs that aren't in regular rotation but can fill in when needed.

🎤

Lead Singer

Assign who sings lead on each song so the set list can balance vocal duties.

6

Practice Tracking

Plan your rehearsals. Schedule a practice by picking a date and selecting the songs to work on. You can also choose who picked the songs using the "Picked by" dropdown. The practice grid shows a history of which songs were rehearsed on which dates, with interactive dots you can toggle. When saving, a popup asks whether to email all band members the song list.
